Under article L.121-19 we have to inform you that a consumer has a right of revocation within 7 days starting at the date of delivery without having to justify this decision and without having to pay penalties except, according to the case, for the return shipping charges. Therefore, please notify us by e-mail within 7 days starting at the date of delivery since transatlantic return shipments may take longer than that. We assume no responsibility for claims made outside of 7 days.

Return shipping must be in the same condition as when the item was shipped out and return shipping charges will be taken care of by the buyer. Packaging for returns must ensure the item will reach the seller in the same condition. All products must be returned in the original condition of sale to qualify for a full refund. Postal insurance is strongly advised when returning any goods to avoid problems arising from lost items.

Color and tone variations may appear on the computer equipment being viewed. Furthermore, crystal reacts to camera flashes. Before returning a crystal item for color and tone variations consumers should use an appropriate light for their crystal items. Crystal looks very common when placed in shadow but becomes very unusual under an appropriate light and is having a complete transformation when placed in the sunlight.

Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. The sale will be canceled and the item listed again in case payment is not received. Paypal is a secure method of transferring funds. In case your address is not verified with Paypal we cannot be responsible for the failure of your package delivery.

As far as shipping costs are concerned, the specified prices of shipping are transatlantic prices. Consumers have the choice between two kinds of shipment. It is highly recommended to ship items over $1.000 US via International Chronopost First Class Air Mail Package Service for their delivery within 7 or 8 days. A tracking number will be provided to consumers. In case US consumers order more than one item, the overcharges of shipment will be refunded via Paypal using their e-mail address. For consumers within the European Union all overcharges of shipment will be refunded that way. Items under $1.000 US can be shipped cheaper via International Colissimo Air Mail Package Service. Again, a tracking number will be provided to consumers. However, the tracking number service of Colissimo is incomplete for the US. All overcharges of shipping with this service will be refunded via Paypal.

As far as US customs clearance fees are concerned, please expect to have to pay US customs charges. Consumers within the European Union do not have to pay customs clearance fees anymore.
